引江濟淮最復雜鐵路橋梁改建工程全面完工

9月15日下(xia)(xia)午(wu),由中鐵(tie)十局(ju)等單位(wei)承建的引(yin)江濟淮(huai)(安徽段)引(yin)起(qi)既(ji)有寧(ning)西鐵(tie)路改建工(gong)程,寧(ning)西鐵(tie)路下(xia)(xia)行線(xian)正線(xian)回撥(bo)施工(gong)圓滿(man)完成,線(xian)路準點開通(tong)(tong),首輛列車順利通(tong)(tong)過。自此(ci),引(yin)江濟淮(huai)引(yin)起(qi)既(ji)有寧(ning)西、滬蓉鐵(tie)路改建工(gong)程已全部完成,為引(yin)江濟淮(huai)工(gong)程通(tong)(tong)航打通(tong)(tong)了關(guan)鍵(jian)瓶頸。

從(cong)中鐵二十四局集團項目部(bu)了解到,本次回撥施(shi)(shi)工,線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)封(feng)鎖等級為(wei)Ⅱ級,施(shi)(shi)工時間240分鐘,采(cai)用單線(xian)(xian)封(feng)鎖、鄰線(xian)(xian)限速、兩端龍口同時撥接的施(shi)(shi)工方法。在回撥前,橋梁(liang)上部(bu)軌道(dao)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)已鋪設并(bing)完(wan)成(cheng)精調工作,當天主要(yao)是將寧西(xi)鐵路(lu)(lu)下(xia)行(xing)(xing)施(shi)(shi)工過(guo)渡便線(xian)(xian)兩端的軌道(dao)回撥到既(ji)有正線(xian)(xian),使之連成(cheng)一個整體,回撥結束也就標(biao)志著(zhu)寧西(xi)鐵路(lu)(lu)下(xia)行(xing)(xing)線(xian)(xian)實現貫通。

地處合(he)肥(fei)(fei)市肥(fei)(fei)西(xi)縣境內的(de)(de)寧西(xi)鐵(tie)(tie)路、滬(hu)漢蓉高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)群,是引(yin)江濟淮(huai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)中施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)最大、結構(gou)最復(fu)雜(za)(za)的(de)(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)之一。在直線(xian)(xian)距離300多米的(de)(de)范圍內,集(ji)中分布了寧西(xi)上行線(xian)(xian)、滬(hu)蓉高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)、寧西(xi)下行線(xian)(xian)三條鐵(tie)(tie)路線(xian)(xian)。由于原有鐵(tie)(tie)路橋(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)跨為24或32米,無法滿足引(yin)江濟淮(huai)江淮(huai)溝(gou)通段二(er)級航(hang)(hang)道通航(hang)(hang)要求,需要拆除(chu)老鐵(tie)(tie)路橋(qiao)(qiao)重建主跨128米的(de)(de)新橋(qiao)(qiao)保障(zhang)通航(hang)(hang)。目前,寧西(xi)鐵(tie)(tie)路下行線(xian)(xian)、滬(hu)漢蓉高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)改建已完成(cheng)并開(kai)通運(yun)行,寧西(xi)鐵(tie)(tie)路上行線(xian)(xian)改建工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于9月15日進行線(xian)(xian)路撥接,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)完成(cheng)后(hou),標志著引(yin)江濟淮(huai)最復(fu)雜(za)(za)的(de)(de)鐵(tie)(tie)路橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)改建工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)全面完工(gong)(gong)(gong),進一步加快了引(yin)江濟淮(huai)整體(ti)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)。

“提(ti)前15天完成回撥施工,讓(rang)寧(ning)西鐵路按時‘回家(jia)’,為(wei)江淮(huai)(huai)運(yun)河全(quan)線通(tong)(tong)水通(tong)(tong)航(hang)的目標(biao)又(you)向前推進一大步。”安徽省引江濟淮(huai)(huai)集團(tuan)肥(fei)西建(jian)管處副處長宋誠(cheng)介紹,目前,引江濟淮(huai)(huai)工程已(yi)累計(ji)完成總(zong)投(tou)資的90%,到今(jin)年年底(di),將實現全(quan)線試(shi)通(tong)(tong)水試(shi)通(tong)(tong)航(hang)目標(biao)。

據悉,引江濟淮工程是國務院(yuan)確定的全國172項(xiang)節水(shui)供水(shui)重(zhong)大(da)水(shui)利工程之標志性(xing)工程,溝(gou)通長江、淮河兩大(da)水(shui)系,自南(nan)向北(bei)(bei)分(fen)為(wei)引江濟巢、江淮溝(gou)通、江水(shui)北(bei)(bei)送三大(da)段,輸(shu)水(shui)線(xian)路總長723公里,是潤澤(ze)安徽、惠及河南(nan)、造福淮河、輻(fu)射中(zhong)原、功(gong)在當代、利在千(qian)秋(qiu)的重(zhong)大(da)基礎設(she)施(shi)和(he)重(zhong)要(yao)民(min)生(sheng)工程。工程建成后,將進一步完善我國水(shui)資源(yuan)調配格(ge)局,改(gai)變(bian)淮河中(zhong)游(you)水(shui)資源(yuan)短缺(que)局面,保障沿線(xian)城鄉(xiang)居民(min)生(sheng)活用(yong)水(shui)、工業用(yong)水(shui)、生(sheng)態用(yong)水(shui)。
